We want to support every child to do well at school

We are working with schools to help children who may find classwork difficult. We aim to help parents support their children’s learning at home.

We created our platform because some children need extra support. Not every child finds school easy. Many children struggle with lessons, even when they work hard. We believe every child should have the chance to do well.

We work with schools to help children who may need a bit more help. We want parents and carers to join us in this. Home support makes a real difference. It does not matter if you do not have a teaching degree or any special training. You know your child best.

Children pick up messages from the adults around them. If they see us caring about their education, they care too. If they get stuck, your encouragement can help them try again. For many children, small words of praise and support go a long way. Knowing that someone is cheering them on can help them stay motivated, even when work feels hard.

We hope parents will keep doing what they do best. If you are worried about helping with learning, do not be. Cheer for your child, notice their efforts, and ask teachers for advice if you need it. If you want to know more about how to support your child at home, you can ask their teacher or search for simple guides online.

What support can you give

Your encouragement helps your child feel good about learning. Small steps each day build confidence. Remind your child that mistakes are part of learning. Celebrate their effort, not just results. We ask parents to set aside thirty minutes after school for extra learning. This time could be used on KP Educate. A short, regular session helps children keep skills fresh. It is best to practise little and often, rather than waiting for homework or tests. If your child finds a task tricky, stay patient. Talk about what went well and where they can improve. If you have questions, you can always speak with your child's teacher or check the help pages on our site.

My child doesn't feel motivated

Some children feel less keen to learn at times. This is normal. Try to talk with your child to know how they feel. Let them share what makes lessons hard or uninteresting. Small steps help. Set short, simple tasks rather than long ones. Give praise for their effort, not just the result. Remind your child that getting better takes time and everyone finds some things hard. If you worry your child is still not interested, you can ask their teacher for advice. Teachers often have ideas to help children join in and enjoy lessons. You are not alone with this.

How do i know if my child is doing well with KPEducate?

You will get regular reports on your child's progress. We send updates after each baseline check, quiz and assessment. Families can use these reports to see how their child is getting on. We believe no child should be left behind. We look at every result and check how each child is doing. If we see a child needs more support, we act quickly and share this with parents. If you are not sure how to read a report, you can ask us for help. You can also speak to your child's teacher. We want you to feel confident about where your child is doing well and where they may need practice. Or check on the progress right in the dashboard. And use the data to show their teachers how they are doing.
